Our Story: Real Estate in Port d'Andratx since 1990

The company was founded in 1990 by Elvire Lietz in Port d'Andratx and was known for a long time as Lietz Immobilien or Lietz Mallorca. The lettering "EST. 1990 BY LIETZ" on the office is a reminder to this day. Matthias Thomas took over the company on 1 January 2018. Since 2026 he has run it together with Klaudia Wolf, who has been part of the team since 2020, under the new name Thomas Mallorca Real Estate: same office, same tradition.

For you, this history means above all continuity: the same address, contacts with owners, notaries, tradespeople and authorities that have grown over decades, and a team that knows the market in the southwest of Mallorca not from statistics but from daily work on the ground.

As a boutique agency we deliberately stay small. From the first enquiry to the handover of the keys you deal with the same contacts, and decisions are made where you experience them: at the desk in the harbor town, not in a distant head office.

Our Office in Port d'Andratx

Our office is at Carrer de Isaac Peral 50, in the heart of Port d'Andratx, with a shop window facing the harbor town. Here we advise you in person, go through documents calmly and plan viewings. If you do not live on the island, you can reach us by phone, email or video call, and we prepare viewing trips so that you see the right properties in a short time.

Because we work in the village itself, we know the individual locations well: the harbor, the slopes above the bay, the quieter streets in the second row, and also the neighboring towns of Camp de Mar, Sant Elm and Santa Ponsa. When it comes to judging price, location and resale value, this detailed knowledge is often more important than any statistic.

A visit is without obligation. Those who first just want to get to know the market are as welcome as clients with a specific purchase in mind or a property they wish to sell.

• Clarifying your needs: Together we clarify what you are looking for, whether a main residence, a second home or an investment, and which budget is realistic.

• Checking the documents: The land registry extract, building permits, type of use and charges are checked before the reservation.
